1. Returns

  • You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, in line with UK consumer protection regulations.

  • To be eligible for a return, items must be:

    • Unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.

    • In the original packaging with all tags/labels attached.

  • Certain items may be non-returnable for hygiene reasons (e.g., underwear, swimwear, earrings).

2. How to Request a Return

To start a return, please contact us at support@hugsywugsy.com with your order number and details. We will provide instructions on how and where to send your return.

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or faulty item).

4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or product, please return the original item and place a new order.

5. Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at support@hugsywugsy.com. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.

6. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our mistake (faulty, damaged, or incorrect item).

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

7. Late or Missing Refunds
